What you’ll do each day

  • 40-minute outdoor workout 40 minutes moving outside — walk, run, sprints, yoga, hike, bike, whatever.
  • Stick to your diet Follow a healthy eating plan like the Mediterranean diet — no cheat meals.
  • 15-minute sniffari with your dog A 15-minute sniff walk with your dog.
  • Drink 1 gallon of water About 3.2 × 40oz water bottles.
  • 30 min reading / learning Read or do continuous learning for 30 minutes.
  • Progress pic Take one progress photo.
